  • When can I start making reservations?
    Reservations for appointments open on the 1st of each month for the month after next. Reservations can be made via our official LINE account, website, or by phone.
  • Can I receive treatment without a reservation?
    Our clinic operates by appointment only. However, if you require same-day treatment, please call us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Can minors (under 18) receive treatment?
    Yes, minors under the age of 18 can receive treatment with certain conditions. A signed consent form from a parent or guardian is required prior to the treatment, and we kindly request that a parent or guardian accompany the minor during the consultation.
  • Can men also receive treatment?
    Our clinic welcomes patients of all genders, and we are pleased to provide treatments tailored to the needs of our male clients. Please feel free to visit us with confidence.
  • Can I receive treatment during pregnancy?
    As a general guideline, we do not perform treatments during pregnancy to ensure the safety of both the mother and baby. However, you are welcome to schedule a consultation to discuss your needs and plan for post-pregnancy care, so please don’t hesitate to contact us for personalized advice.
  • Can I visit the clinic with my child?
    Yes, you are welcome to visit the clinic with your child. We offer spacious private rooms to accommodate such visits, depending on the treatment. However, we kindly request that you bring someone to look after your child during your appointment. To help us prepare for your visit, please inform us in advance when making your reservation that you will be bringing a child.
  • Is there an interpreter available?
    Interpreter availability depends on the language. If you require an interpreter, please inform us in advance when making your reservation so we can make the necessary arrangements. If we are unable to provide interpretation services for your language, we kindly ask that you bring someone to assist with interpretation during your visit.

  • Can I use a credit card?
    Yes, we accept credit cards. We support a variety of payment options, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express (Amex), JCB, and Diners Club.
  • Can I use a loan for payment?
    Yes, medical loans are available at our clinic. If you wish to apply for a medical loan, please bring identification, such as a driver’s license, health insurance card, passport, or My Number card, along with your bank account information, bank card, and employment details.
